Urgent Help needed... GST on Service Exported

Hello, I own a small IT company exporting Web Design/Development Services to clients outside India... I receive payments in USD... as inward remittances.1) Do I need to register for GST?2) If Yes, Do i need to Pay IGST?3) If Yes, What GST should i charge?3) If Yes, Can I claim ITC?Can anyone help me out??? Thanks

Dear Mr. Amol,

YES, for everything.

The Tax Rate would be 18%.

You may also require to get Export Registration.

The IGST amount you r going to show in the bill would not be recovered by the customer, it would be claimed as refund from the Govt.

There is also an option of GST RFD - 11 Form without payment of IGST

2) RFD - 11 talks about attaching Bond and Bank Guarantees... Will I need to furnish all this everytime i do export of service? Can you please explain this...
