i am completing my articleship in june 2010......i want to know whether i needed to submit the form 108 within 30days of 3.5 years or after serving my excess leaves which nearly amounts to 1.5 months...........

To Submit 108 at time of completion of articleship & 107 for excess leave taken should be submitted to ICAI within 60 days of expiry of the normal terms of articles.
