Hi,
I approached a bank for personal loan and all documents were provided by june 12th.But it seems the application was logged in only by july 9th.Unfortunately i moved on to a new location on july 7th.Address Verification was done on july 11th.Now the officials are threatening me with false address proof charges and raise this issue with my employee company.I tried negotiating but they are harsh on me.Pls provide me some possible action i can take.I had no intentions to provide any false information.My loan has not been sanctioned yet but still they want to raise it legally.What shall i do? one more thing,the application form was not signed by me.The bank officials signed it.
