Urgent help certified copies

Dear Amit,
Coming to your first question that you get very low marks as compared to your expectations. Let me tell you friend, in taxation paper step wise marking is followed. Presentation should be neat and clear with proper working notes and explanations. If you quote section no.and case law name it should be correct otherwise whole answer goes wrong.
Now, coming to your second question relating to certified copies, Dear it usually takes 4-6 weeks after applying for certified copies. But on case to case basis it can take 2-3 weeks more. Now-a-days in most cases ICAI is not sending physical copies of answer book but hosts it on the exam portal. You will be notified via message on your mobile no.that your copies are hosted on the portal followed by an email in which you will get the UserID and password to access it and the link to view and download the answer book for which you have applied. In case your marks is increased it can be seen on the front page of answer book where marks awarded are mentioned plus a new marksheet will be sent to you with revised marks.

5. I have already applied for inspection/certified copies of my evaluated answer books. Will the same application be treated as an application for verification also? Or do I have to make a separate application for verification?

Before providing certified copies/inspection of evaluated answer books to the examinees, verification of answer books, within the scope of Regulation 39(4), will be carried out, by the office, suo motu, in respect of all applications for inspection and/or certified copy of evaluated answer book(s).
Verification under Regulation 39(4) covers the following aspects:
• Whether any question or part thereof has remained unvalued
• Whether there is any totaling error in any question or total marks on the cover page
• Whether there is any discrepancy between the stepwise marks, total marks for each question indicated on the cover page
However, it may be noted that re-evaluation of answers is not permissible under Regulation 39(4).
As such, you need not make a separate application for verification.

time takes 4 to 6 weeks normally

suppose your mark changes, then time takes more than 6 weeks from the date of certified copy applied date.

if mark changes then icai inform to u by message nd mail

at the time of certified copy issued
