Urgent help
my articleship of 3 years got over on 12-8-13 n extension was till 20-10-13.which form i need to fill for completion of artcleship and within what time?. what is consequences of delay?i have not receieved any letter from icai. will be very greatful for ir help

Form 108 need to be filled within 30 days from the date of completion (without late fee) otherwise fine will be Rs100/- delay upto 30 days : Rs.300/- delay between 31 days to 180 days : Rs.1000/- Delay beyond 181 days.
