hello i havent received my admit card yet .. my online admit card says that its a provisional admit card pending PE-II to IPCC conversion .. All documents for conversion were duly submitted .. i havent received IPCC registration letter yet .. Advice me what should i do now ?????

I think you should contact ICAI or try to download admit card from the website www.icai.org

Will a TDS deposit by cheque within the due date [the cheque is realised subsequently] in any designated nationalised bank will tantamount to deposit to the credit of the Central Govt.
Pls provide the relevant CBDT circulars. case laws in this regard.
