Urgent exam form query

My articleship was completing on 15/04/2016 & i entered in articleship through IPCC route i want to know while filing of exam form whether I have to tick on CAT IV :

Option 1 (ompleted/completing 3yrs of articleship as on 30-04-2016

or

Option 2 serving last 6 months of  articleship as on 01-05-2016.

Go with option 1.As u have to state the position as on 30th April 16

Click on option 1 And 2nd option says as on 1/05/16 you are serving last six months of your articleship.

Option 1 is correct and after generating PDF in the Certificate of Service (Page No-3) part you need fill up in Category 2 and attest your principle sir signature with M.No.

Guys , icai dont have student infirmation online storage. why every time we sign it from CA. icai learm somethings from IBPS. exams .
