dear friends, i m student of final old course (1st group passed). i want to get my conversion letter by hand from KANPUR regional office. to get study mat at concessional rate.
will they issue me , if i'll reach there.

Dear friend,
I have collected the new st,materials for Rs.1100/-
There is no conversion letter from ICAI.
U make a DD for 1100/- and get the fresh st mat which implies you have converted to new final course.
