What is the procedure for the closure of a company and what is the documentation required?

URGENT!!Closure of a company

Kindly go through the Easy Exit Scheme 2011. If your company is one of the company which can be strike off you can go through and clsoe the company.
No it is not covered under the easy exit scheme.It is a BSE and NSE listed Company.
Kindly suggest me the procedure, which I should follow for the closure of the said co. under Companies act as well under the listing agreement.
