My brother is writing ipce exams. There are any amendments in buyback chapter which is applicable for tomorrow exam? I heard that SEBI has changed the % of minimum rate of buyback from open market, from 25% to 15% of paid up equity capital and free reserves. Is this amendment applicable for November 2014 IPCC exam? Please help me

This is the link for rtp. In rtp 15% is given. But in study material 25% is given. Everyone is confused for which this 15% is applicable.
