just wanted to know , in which head the following income will fall and why?
tution fees
baby sitting
]cooking

Hi Kapil
Thr is no specific rule regarding any of the above mentioned incomes. It depends upon whether the said activity is taken as a profession or just an one time affair. In the former case, these income will be chargeable under BPV head and in the later case, they will be chargeable under other Source Head.
