Hello Friends, I m practicing from last 6 months as an individual capacity and now i wanna apply for bank audit, so i just want to know that whether it is compulsory to get registered myself in a firm as a proprietorship basis or not.

not required u can practice as a individual but need to empanel with RBI,
In individual capacity some of the audit you are not eligible like statutory audit and big branches.
