i am purchase gold from urd of 1. rs. 100000 than rcm is applicable or not.
2.and how much limite of urd purchase.
3. if I am not paid tax in rcm basis than govt what action to be taken.
4. at gst audit time suppose rcm not paid on urd purchase or some other expenses than auditor can taken action or not. if party say I am not paid rcm than audit complicated/done but that responsibility come to auditor or party...who is liable..

1. Yes RCM applicable
2. No more limit. In Case cash dealing less than 2lakhs.
3. At the time of GST Audit they ll be booked penalty and interest.
4. At the time of filing / audit the ll be note and say to you. If you don't like it. Auditor have Two options 1. He make provision entry or Can't deal your case...
The responsibility to the party for the liabilities. Also it's undertax audit then Auditor is one of the responsibility. But, He make it payable head then Party is the whole responsible.....

Bcoz, this case under Tax Audit then the tax audit is fully seggregated under all the IDT & DT rules.... Some error found then he ll be pass it to the assessee and taken action for reasonable....
as per press release dated 13.07.17, RCM is not applicable on yrs purchase of old gold from customers.
