We have uploaded a ITR-IV for Individual to which Tax Audit is compulsary. Thus ITR was complusarily required to file using DSC (Digital Signature). However inadvertendly, the same was uploaded without DSC.
The return has been filed & acknowlegement has been generated against the same.
How to do with this problem? What will be the consequences?
Whether to File ITR freshly (assuming current return filed to be Defective) or to file a Revise Return using DSC.
Can it be cured by sending physically signed ITR to CFC, Bengluru??
Is there any other suggestion or solution for the same??
