dear, can any one clarify me regarding the pdf forms of p&L and B/S which is to be uploaded while uploading the tax audit report, whether they should be physically signed by the party and the CA, or since it is digitally signed by the CA, can we upload the forms without physical signature.

Sir, even I have same doubt....but many experts are saying that the signed & scanned copy of :
1.Financial Statements
2.Cost Audit report (if applicable)
3.Central Excise Audit Report (if applicable)
as signed by Director/Partner/pRroprietor etc. and concerning Professional to be uploaded.....
But in case Tax Audit report only xml file to be uploaded ...so no need to sign physically....
