Unrequired bills expenditure

MAX LMIT IS RS 50.00 OF ANY INDIRECT  EXEPSNES FOR EACH ENTRY 

Sir, Thank you very much for your reply, but I want to know is there any specified limit amount for a particular expenditure, for example, repairs and maintenance permitted limit to expedite in particular accounting year is say 5 lakhs,failing wihch the difference amount excess paid will be added back to income, like similar scenarios.
