a dealer below 20 lakhs turnover what type of registers and what type of invoices shall keep in the transit to show the tax officer at the time of mobile checking

Assuming you are referring to Goods in Transit.
Goods in transit worth more than 50 thousand required to have accompanied with E-way bill.
We need to wait for more details as there is provision for unregistered dealer/GTA to generate the same.
Only that number will be asked by checking inspector.
