Check with bank who had deposited the money in your account. Sometimes customer directly deposits/transfers money to bank account. might be also you must gave recd some dividend.

bank has no info. will suspense account keep showing in final balance sheet at end of year?
can any guess be made as per the text in bank statement. if nothing can be done then show it as other income.
