We are not talking about any individual person scoring so and so marks........There may be an exception......But this time number of students have scored such higher marks and one more thing that they even had not expected it...... If level of coaching, more resources have improved then it cant be ruled out that competition has also increased.

As regards only 3000 vaccancies for 10K CAs and that is only for creamy...but then how only on the basis of overviewing one's profile......any person can be shortlisted and we say that they are more smarter than others......But practically speaking that is not the case really.......Number of creamy, talented and outstanding CAs are remaining unemployed who deserve to be at top notch positions ........

As  far  as industry is concerned most of them select the candidates on the  basis of  number  of attempts .  They are not concerned about the practical knowledge . Can anybody plz let me know how the prospective employer  can make out that that the candidate has actually slogged in articleship or is dummy case . Only theortical quetsions are asked. Besides with regard to communictaion skills and presentation skills guys it is only your first job no one can be  that demanding. I have seen many people who are there for  so many years in industry but cant even speak for 5 mins or give a PPT presentation  . As far as communication  skills  goes agreed it is important in today's world but it is not that relevant  in our profession as  in the case of  sales, marketing or HR  related   .

At the end of day what more  should we expect from the candidates by  offering them around say  4 - 5 lacs p.a which in  metros is not big deal considering  that people in other domains also  earn on similiar lines .  I request  people to not to sow seeds of doubts in fresh CA mind that they are not getting jobs because they are too demanding or have no attitude or  have poor communication skills ..

We are just making these excuses to cover up the matter that yes  DEMAND IS LESS THAN SUPPLY.To sum up if any Company requires 2 CA s they would find atleast 15 CA resumes to choose from.

I don't think any Comapny will select the candidate merely on the basis of his good academic quaailification and not having any practical knowldge.......Gone are the days when attempts are counted and there was no need for good communication skill.

 

But Today bacuase of global lideralization and upcoming MNC structure.........what is required is good articleship exposure.........and effective communication skills.....

Number of attempts may be one factor but it is not the only factor which determines selection or otherwise of a candidate. Unless one is able to communicate knowledge and experience, how would the company hire them.

no one can blame co.s too..if u think empathitically,u can know it.,,,see,esp for the first job..wat are the parametrs thy chk...academic back ground,comm skills,.articles etc...academic back ground cud be quantified on scale of marks...thers no judging scale for articles...sum co;s think big firm articles are better..but more often thn not,it proved wrong...nt all interns from big 4 are outstanding n not all interns from small n medium firms are bad..quantitaviley,the audit size varies but it depends on person to person how much they obsorb the lessons in articles qualitatively...so  in ur first job,co gives mor epreference to the numbers in ur mark sheet n may b attempts too..they observe ur comm skills in g.d,p.i etc..so..thers always sum error factor in selection too..no other way..n the fact is this time 5000 new c.a's got added up to the employement seekers list..in may 10000 c.a's added..altho the pass percentage remained more or less same,the no of c.a's who got added to economy got reduced...mostly passed in single grps sum thing like tht...

so for those who think last time 10000 n this time also 10000 c.a n no demand,can have sum respite to ur fears...

i hav seen ppl like them n i can ans tht too...sumtimes i see more beautifull girls thn our bollywood actresses..they act well,dance well than the actresses...but they cant get into films...they are deserving ,n hav all required factors of an actress but the thing is u hav to do right things at right time in right way before right people to get selected...like wise, altho sum guys hav nuf brains ,gud mark sheet etc etc..they cant consolidate by doing right things at right time in right way before right ppl..more over,i personally have never seen any c.a whos in creamy layer,tht is passing with gud marks,less attempts ,gud articles,gud comm skills ,gud man management skills etc being left out..if not in one interview they get selected sum how...a really talented c.a with right mixture of hard work n smartness will surely com out of this present situation if thers unemp...

only hardworking with no smartness n only smartnes with no hardworking will hav to wait in q..

previously ther was no competition among c.a's as thers huge supply demand gap,any defective c.a also used to earn gud amt altho hes providing defective services..now a situation has arised wher fr wat evr factors,guys abv are saying demand is less n supply gt more..gud in one way,it improves those laid back n laxity attitude of sum c.a's..atleast fr job,they will improve their skills...gud fr profession ny way.,..

CA is superior then doctors and surgeons and much much much more then engineers  ( see below links )After 1 or 2 years situation will change According to report ( American jobs council ,UK accountancy ,EU accountancy)Indian CA's will be higher paid CA's in the world with many fold increase in demand for them and fresher CA,s would get around minimum 18-20 Lac package,there would be hiring spree for Indian CA,s, will be in much great demand therefore many foreign students r also trying to get this professional course ,it will be highest paid Accountancy professional course in the world and they would be scarcity of CA's ,we need 1.89 crore more CA's .And it has started and one Fresher CA(passed in second Attempt)was recruited for 1.38 crore per annul in India, and one Fresher CA got job in US firm with whopping salary of 58 crore Annual(4.85crore monthly )ready to get recruit with such salary ready to get recruit with such salary we need millions OF CA's desperately and demand is increasing many times day by day.

Someone secured 100 marks in two papers in IPCE.Either the student knows everything or the examiner knows nothing.
