A Private Ltd. co. Registered at West Bengal ROC, comply with annual filling but there are no any business through the year. they receive
1st notice u/s. 560(1) dated 03.05.2012 - NOT REPLY
2nd Notice u/s. 560(3) dated 17.12.2012 - NOT REPLY
Now status of the Company shown as "UNDER PROCESS OF STRIKING OFF"
but recently they have decided to revive the company within upcoming 6 month. Hence please advice how to revive from that situation.
