If you are losing majority of your customers just because you are not raising taxable invoice then it is suggested to you to get registered your entity under GST! Moreover, your customers are asking GST bill from you because of section 9(4) which creates reverse charge liability on your customers!
Ms Pooja, I agree that compo dealer cant raise taxable invoice. But if Mr.Rahul take composition registration, then his customers wont be liable to pay under 9(4). Thereby making a full stop to their demand of Taxable Invoice from Mr.Rahul.
Mr. Vinay, you may be right but Mr. Rahul has mentioned in his query that his customer his asking him for GST bill which means a bill wherein GST is charged separately.
The ultimate aim of GST seems to make every body a GST normal dealer. This can be construed from the GST philosophy. Therefore though the turnover is less than Rs 20 lakhs, to maintain the business and not to break the link better to register.
@ Pooja Goyal., In your view exactly correct. He is business to B2B in above said query. So, He want registration and we advice to Register as Regular Dealer....
