i had forgot to claim Itc of inward supply against one invoice raised in the month of September 2017 while filling gstr 3b of sep 2017. is there is any law or procedure that i can claim that un claimed ITC in my next returns of gstr 3b that to be filled in dec. 2017. of that itc i left it not taken into my return of sep 2017 of gstr 3b.
pls guide me on this issue and advice with best solutions.

The ITC missed can always be availed in the 3B. Earlier the better- not later than the date of filing of annual return- the last date of that is December 2018.When reconciled if at all- then it may need explanation may be available/ provided.
