As I have filed the GSTR-3B for the months of Jan to mar'18 and also claimed ITC on it. But failed to claim CESS paid amt specified in the invoices. So, can I now Claim the cess amount in Apl'18 GSTR-3B?

As i assume that u r being adjusting (setof) inward Cess from Outward cess only
