Unble to submit gstr 1

Friends.

I have been trying to submit GSTR 1 for July, Since October 10th evening.

However the same is not getting submitted,when contacted helpdest ,i was told that its a known issue and the team is working on the same for resolution.

Does any one have updates on this?

it can only be filed wef 1st November.

you need to file gstr1 and save.... these information will available against other parties in 2A
