Unable to submit aug-17 month gstr-3b

I couldn't submit Aug-17 month GSTR-3B as system was showing " GSTR3B is not filed for previous period".  So when i view July-17 GSTR-3B though I have submitted as it has been showing error! invalid return type. Kindly provide me the solution for filing of GSTR-3B as no one is responding over customer care
