Users are reporting an issue where the 'Let's Get Started' button on the income tax portal is not highlighting when trying to file ITR 1 for AY 2024-25, preventing them from proceeding. While other ITR forms are selectable, ITR 1 remains inaccessible for some, particularly salaried individuals. Initial suggestions included checking AIS/TIS for income discrepancies, but the problem persisted for many even with only salary and interest income. It appears to have been a technical glitch on the portal, which has since been resolved for some users.
