Unable to e verify ITR1

gud day all

ON 3RD OF AUGUST, i have filed a return for a client , but unable to e-verify. it displays a wrong FILED DATE

ON 7TH JULY, FILED A RETURN FOR WHICH DISPLAYS A wrong filed date in e-verification tab.

pls penup a possible solution to e-verify.

In my case, there is no response after e verify button is pressed in the e verify tab.  Am i committing any mistake by going through the route efile..view filed return...e verify.  If any other method is there, please suggest.

Log a grievance. It's useless but take a screenshot of the grievance number with your query in it. It's a record that you have brought the issue to their notice.

Thanks Nidhi.  If I am getting a message (in the dash board) like the one above, does it mean CPC has received my ITRV or not.  E verification date or date of receipt of ITR V is not reflected in the above message.

even iam getting the same display screen even before e-verification.

Actually , only after  e-verification, it will enter the CPC processing if iam right.

However, even till now, iam unable to e-verify , facing the same issue as u face, once the e-verify  button is clicked, its stagnant without moving to next step. and FILING DATE ALSO SHOWING AS 12.07.2022

@ Rama Vani ... Did you send ITRV to cpc and if yes, when?

The new website is responding very late. I received a response after 10 days that return has been efiled and e-verified. Till then it does not allow to re-file too as the return stands filed, but doesn't show in returns filed or anywhere else. So, better wait. Or you can lodge a grievance to let them know your stand which you can defend later, if required.

Whether a Revised Return can be filed without quoting any section for filing revised return?
