Unable to e verify ITR1

I've filed my ITR 1 on 26.07.21 with the option to verify within 120 days. After that when I did my e-verification through aadhar otp, it came as successful as message in email, but the problem is, its not getting updated in system and still displays as e-verification pending

Any suggestions, what can to be done?

You can try to e-verify again using Aadhar (if it allows).  Hope this would help. 

I did try that, infact multiple times but everytime same response. Aadhar authentication is successful but page is updated

Any other suggestions?
