Hi Freinds,

I'M appearing in Nov 12 for group 1............ Unable to study at all , i continue my job to ......... Can some one help in getting importatnt areas to cover especially when there is no time at all , tension pilling up & whtever time is left also i m waistng due to neagtive attitude .......................I havent done any portions plz helpppppppp...................

Sometimes it happen to me too when i can't concentrate on study or anything else in life.

Then i go to visit a good place like temple, garden, picnic spot or to meet a friend who is preparing for any exam. i talk with her indirectly about studying and find some points which motivate me.

In this way i get back my focus on study or other work. It makes me feel light and remove unnecessary pressure.

That's is my way of healing from tension
