My GST registration got rejected by Tax officer. Now when I am applying for new registration with same PAN card it is not going Ahead. Can you pl help me out for this.

Yes ..... you won't be able to obtain Registration under the same PAN if once your registration has been cancelled by officer on account of Non compliance of Statutory provisions.

Thanks Pankaj ji for revert. I am trying to get GST for my startup there is no activity till date, once I get GST I can start any of the operation, GST was rejected because of ineffeciency of my CA now it's almost one month gone. Can I apply it or I need to do anything else to get GST number. Pl suggest. Thank you in advance

That's for sure that portal will not allow you get GST registration under same PAN, so its better to contact to your Jurisdiction Tax Officer, hope he will definitely look up-to it,probably solve your problem
