can udin be generated for report issued on 25th Sept, 2021 after 25th Nov 2021? is the CBDT extension for generating udin till 30 Jan 2022 applicable??

No, ICAI extend UDIN generation from 15 days to 60 days, thus udin cannot be generated for the 25th September now.
