Two pan cards

Kinldy let me above mention queries

Please share any letter format for two pan card in same name. want to retain original pan card and other one to deactivate.

Call them over the phone and address the issue.

Sometimes politeness and 'sitting relaxed' results out a horrible situation.

I had to go too harsh for correction in my PAN card that was denied by NSDL & IT Dept for more than 10 years. At last, I became harsh on them and shown them tons of proof where they violated PAN rules.

In this world, there is no rule that can not be addressed flexibly.
