in case of Two different Business , need Seperate GST No is Possible with One Pan ?

A person having multiple place of business in a state may obtain a separate registration for each business vertical.

As per first Proviso to sub Section (2) of Section 25 of the CGST Act 2017, A person having Multiple Places of Business in a State or Union Territory may obtain a separate GST Registration for each such place of business.
Therefore you can take two separate GST Registration under single PAN.
