In ITR-3&4 it is asking for the Turnover as per the GST Returns. Is it the turnover from July17-March18 or the turinver from April17 to March-18 as the GSTR-1 asks for the turnover occured during the period April-17 to June-17

Turnover as per GST, is just informative, and it should match whatever you have declared in GST return. Otherwise mismatch; that may follow query.
Total Turnover from April 1st 2017 to 31 st March 2018
GST Turnover from 1st July 2017 to 31 st March 2018
The GST turn over stated in ITR should match the GST turnover filed in GST return.
