If You have Only One House property then You can file ITR 1...

But where to show tuition income in ITR1?

thnx for ur kind reply sir, but where to show income from tuition in ITR 1

Will be show under IFOS

Is the below understanding true:

1) If housewife has home-tuition income less than interest income, allowed to file ITR1 under IFOS

2) If housewife has home-tuition income more than interest income, must file ITR3 wherein tuition income and interest income to be shown separately.

What is to be followed?

sir if i dont have any interest income or interest income just around rs 5000 then which form should i fil ?

Dear.,

My First reply based on Your 1st Query. Also the reply based only the Tuition income  and R/I will be compute ITR-1. May be the Incomes will exceeds then will be to another forms....

So, Ask different query with different details and use the word of "different" in different query...

No need... Most of Your above said incomes is simple ways. So, You can file ITR-1...

In case You feel it's not good then You will go to file ITR-4 is Based Your Tuition income as Professional Income...

I think it will be ITR3, not ITR4 then. ITR4 professional income is professional classes, home tuition is irregular. Till last year, ITR4 was being filed, this year, ITR4 became ITR3.

So ITR3 should be correct form.

Here is some information I see, not sure whether the limits of Rs 1,20,000 or Rs 2,50,000 should be followed for preparing P&L statement:

Let me know your thoughts on this.

From AY 17-18 ITR 4S as ITR 4, the ITR 4 is ITR 3. Now going AY 18-19.... I said to file ITR 4 for AY 18-19

Dear RAJA P M,

ITR4 for AY 18-19 is for presumptive income. Irregular unregistered home tuition of school kids is presumtive income?
