paper/documents required to be submitted for trust registration before income tax authority
Replies (2)
1. Trust Deed and PAN
2. Registration certificate (normally available with trust deed).
3. Certified copy of annual reports of the trust, maximum 3 years, if applicable.
4. Notes on activities of the Trust.

Other documents which may be asked by commissioner ( This list is not inclusive)
a. Details of Governing Body
b. IT returns
c. Details of donation received and its utilization in the past years.
d. Details of property held under Trust
e. Details of any business run by Trust.
f. Details of Bank Account along with Bank statements.
Whether for registration of trust after 31.03.2020 would also be considered for FY 19-20 as there is no access to assesse of documents for registration
