Sir plz clear my one doubt.my assessee has institute which provide education such as bled ,dled,b pharma , d pharma.receipts may be more than one crore.in which section he req to be filled return
Yes he is required to file itr
In which section bcoz 11 & 12 exemption is not given to him
Since it's not registered as Trust , the institute will be AOP and taxed at highest slab rate that is MMR . File ITR 5
