One of our client want to contribute Rs. 50000 every year for purpose of providing books to poor and needy, can he firm a trust for said purpose without endowing any asset or property to trust.

yeah he could, but first he has to submit the same purpose to the trust registrar then he will observe the same by personal understandings or personal verification and for that purpose he has to take a licence that where the trust will be situated and then he has to submit the application for the trust.
