what is the treatment of anonymous donations received y any educational institutions for computing total income of the educational institutions.

as per sec 115BBC anonymous donations received in excess of higher of 5%of total donations received or 1,00,000/- shall be taxable @ 30% whatever income within the said limit shall be included in total income of assessee and taxable at rate applicable to the assessee
