Please suggest what treatement should be taken when there is huge balance lying in unpaid salary & wages incluing bouns etc. since 2001-2002 to 2010-2011
is there it is required to pay said amt in any Govt. Cont. if yes please also mention time period also
you may reverse the same expenditure or craete a fund for emploee welfare and utlise the same for emploee welfare and it is not compulsry to deposit in gov. a/c
It seems guidance had to be resorted to from the Labour Welfare Fund Act relevant to the State.
