Travelling expenses, distance is not a factor. coveyance is differ from travel.

travelling to another city is travelling exp & noy conveyance.
Travelling Exp only, if you the traveller something to eat outstation then taht portion is Conveyance.
Whether amount paid to employee as Helper allowance and uniform expenses reimbursement are exempted from Tax?. If so to what extent?

travelling within the city is termed as local conveyance and otherwise termed as travelling expenses.
