Is it ok if i take the PAN no. of Propriotor in case of No PAN No. in the name of Agency/Trasportation
will it be accepted in income tax

If the Transporter is running a proprietorship business then in any case his pan will be considered for the Income Tax Purposes. Pan would have been required in the name of ageny/transport business only if the mode of business is for say Partnership Firm or a Company.
