If the Transporter has PAN number, TDS will be deducted or not ?

Yes, TDS will be deduct at 2% or 1% in case of individual or HUF
Rs 1lac books as carriage outward on a/c of single transporter or or multiple?
if the transporter produces PAN to payer then there's no requirement to deduct TDS
