we taken transportation services from GST unregistered now can we pay the RCM or not .

Yes... u r a registered person than u r liable to pay gst under RCM

If u are registered peraon and pay fright then u are liable to pay gst under Rcm.

If you have taken transportation services from Goods transport agency i.e GTA than GST under RCM applicable
otherwise, if take service from individuals transporter than not applicable
