Transportation of goods by forklift - e way bill

As per Rule 138(14) E-way bill is not required for transportation of goods using 'non motorised conveyance'

Whether E-way bill is required to be generated for transportation of goods using forklift which are motorised ?

Whether fortklift is conveyance?

If Fork Lift have a Regisration No./Vehicle No. , then offcourse it is cover under the motorised conveyance &, you have to generate eway for the same .
