transportation of goods

I am IMPORTING GOODS from Bangladesh as all Land custom station are situated in very rural areas. so transportation of goods are done by small truck driver and they don't take cheaque or neft instead they are taking cash for freight and nor they have gst registration. so plz tell me will fright paid to individual driver attract gst and tds.
