transportation of goods
I am IMPORTING GOODS from Bangladesh as all Land custom station are situated in very rural areas. so transportation of goods are done by small truck driver and they don't take cheaque or neft instead they are taking cash for freight and nor they have gst registration. so plz tell me will fright paid to individual driver attract gst and tds.

you need to pay GST on RCM Basic and it avail input for next month. also TDs to be deducted to transporters who may not given declaration.
