we are sending goods to party in Jaipur. when the invoice raise not showing any transportation charges. But goods send by transport agency. my question is 1) if transport agency draw a bill in my name and uploaded in Gst portal and payment made by me, can I take the Gst input.
2) if transport agency paid by the party to whom I send the goods.but transporter uploaded the bill in portal in my name. so we enjoyed the Gst input credit??

Yes you can claim ITC in both condition.
But kindly chk. the gst rate , if its 5% then cannot claim ITC , infact has deposit gst by you under RCM & can take ITC for deposited RCM

Issue debit note for Transportation chargest with applying GST . make service entry in your books of accounts. and when party paid directly to transporter make a journal.
even if transporter are register
no problem if transporter is register
if transporter charge 12% instead of 5 % then we are also liabable to pay
AS PER NOTIFICATION 13/2017 EVEN THOUGH GTA IS REGISTERED THE RECEPIENT IF LIABLE TO PAY GST UNDER RCM
AS PER NOTIFICATION 20/2017 IF GTA CHARGE GST 12 % FORWARD CHARGE THE RECEPIENT IS LIABLE TO TAKE ITC, NO NEED TO DO RCM
NOW WHO WILL DO THE RCM : THE RECEPIENT OR THE PERSON WHO IS PAYING TO GTA
