Transport Charges
We have received a invoice without GST from a transporter (Bangalore). But they have GST Registration and we are also a registered dealer. Shall we pay GST under Reverse Charge?

GTA service is specified under 9(3), so the obligation to pay GST is on recipient...even if the GTA is registered...
Then shall we avail the Input Tax Credit for the same
