Transition to composition scheme

Can we opt for composition scheme if we are currently in possession of stock purchased before June from outside state ?

sir please go through CGST rules -composition rules point 5 conditions and restrictions for composition levy point 1 sub point b .

I want to know whether their is any other way through which I can opt composition scheme
