There are 5 shareholders in a pvt ltd company. One shareholder wants to transfer her shares to her brother and husband who are also shareholders in the same company. Is it possible to transfer shares specifically to them or options have to be given to all shareholders. Is it possible to gift her shares to the same ?

Subject to the provisions of your Articles, shares can be transferred. No need to give option to all shareholders. Gift is also possible.
